Vertical Cutter Mixers


A range of VCM (Vertical Cutter Mixers) for all types of food products including meat , fish and vegetables and also used for the preparation of emulsions including sausage roll fillings, powdered gravy mixes, pates, smoothies, hospital meals, butter creaming and mousses.

All in 316 stainless steel with high powered direct motor drives inverter driven to give speed ranges from 100 to 3600 rpm. May be supplied with ram operated lid lift and bowl tilt together with sight/light glasses, on castors, with jackets and/or direct steam injection, motorised top mixer and bin loading hoists.

The range of products which may be processed is endless and anything needing chopping, creaming or mixing is possible – humous, taramasalata, pimentos, ceramic pastes, food spreads, ganache et al may be processed under vacuum to improve yield.

Heavy Duty Blenders


For all types of thick or viscous materials including mashed potato, hospital meals, shell fish, flapjacks and similar products.

All in 316 stainless steel with a variety of mix/blend blades designed to suit requirement.

Lid lift and bowl tilt by motorised ram and, if required, easily removeable for cleaning PTFE scraper blades. In sizes from 100 to 1500 litres working capacity these versatile machines have found uses throughout the Food Processing industry and elsewhere where robust and dependable blending is required.

The Heavy Duty Blenders may be fitted with jackets, VCM cutters on concentric shafts, direct steam injection and a wide variety of options to assist processors to make the maximum use of their investment.

Food Processing Machine

A versatile cutting machine for the catering and food processing industries. Allows a variety of cuts including:slices, strips, grates, French fries, dices, batonnets.

Complete with feed hopper and push button controls. Suitable for all types of fruits and vegetables including:

  • Potatoes (cooked or raw), carrots, eggplant, zucchini, pepperoni, cabbage, tomatoes, etc.
  • Apples, pears, peaches, apricots, etc.

Principles of Operation

Products are fed into the hopper and centrifugally presented to the cutting tool selected (see over) with, where applicable, multi tool cylinders for dicing or batonnet production. All tooling easily inter changeable and in a wide range of cut sizes.
