Designed for the heating, mixing and cooling of a wide variety of food products using a combination, if required, of two agitators – the main agitator turning at slow speed with one rigid and two flexible scrapers to ensure minimum of cook-on during the heating cycle and maximum efficiency during cooling. An additional high speed mixer which may be used for incorporation of powders or emulsification/pureeing of finished products.
Heating is electrically operated with three separate zones at one-third, two-thirds and full.
Cooling by direct expansion refrigeration using A404 gas with fully integral semi hermetic water cooled refrigeration unit built in complete with all controls. Designed to cool to 2oC (lowest) and hold indefinitely. Both high and low temperature set points adjustable to suit requirements.
Standard control panel to include selectors for the following functions:
– Mixing (for either or both agitators)
– Heating on/off
– Cooling on/off
– And a number of pre-programmed cycles with fixed heating times and final temperature selection
Full size lid included complete with safety interlocks to prevent agitator turning when lid is removed.

General Specification: All contact parts manufactured from 316 stainless steel, mounted on a robust chassis totally clad in stainless steel panels. Complete with polished 316 stainless steel three arm slow speed agitator fitted with two flexible and one rigid scraper to ensure maximum cooling efficiency. High speed mixer, where required, available with a variety of heads to suit requirement.
